The El Yeso reservoir is located in the interior of the so-called Cajón del Maipo. This dam was built for ten years, inaugurated in 1964, has a capacity of 253 million cubic meters, being the main source of drinking water supply in Santiago. Its turquoise waters and the wonderful Andes mountains as a backdrop are part of the landscape that you can enjoy on this trip.
