About this activity
You will have all of your own equipment, prep tables and a stove station at your disposal. At the end of the class all participants sit together at a communal table and enjoy what they created. Sit back and enjoy as we transform from cooking school into a restaurant ensuring you and your new friends have time to chat and relax.


Budae jjigae (Army Stew) + Mini Size Pancake
A fusion dish made with ham, sausage, kimchi, pork and tofu. Everything is combined and cooked in a spicy broth. Oftentimes, ramen noodles are added to the simmering stew. You will make mini-size pancake on the side

Tteokbokki (Stir-fried Rice Cakes)+ pan-fried Mandu
Thin rice cake sticks stir fried in a gochu-jang sauce with vegetables and fish cakes.

Date: Wednesday & Thursday



CHI-MAEK (Korean style fried chicken & beer) + Pickled radish
Seasoned fried chicken & Pickled radish: Deep-fried seasoned chicken mixed with soy sauce, gochu-jang or other sauces. It has a mild yet spicy taste that makes it ideal for a snack, with or without alcoholic beverages. You can choose a soy sauce-based flavor or chili paste based flavor to make your own chicken.
