See the cultural highlights of Seoul in just three hours during this guided group tour. Meet your tour guide in front of Jongno 5-ga Station (Exit 7) and start your trip with a visit to the Gwangjang Market. Located in the heart of Seoul, this market operated as a collection of temporary stalls up until the late 1800’s. Today, it is famous for its street food.

Head for your next destination, the fashion district, where you will see beautiful modern architecture in the form of the Dongdaemun Design Plaza. This building comprises multiple undulating levels of galleries, exhibition halls, design shops as well as event halls.

Before the end of the tour, you will enjoy a walk along the Seoul fortress wall. This fortress wall was built in the late 14th century. In 1396 AD, King Taejo of the Joseon Dynasty held the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of this fortress. 200,000 young men were placed under requisition over two years to build this massive structure. The wall has eight gates, all of which were originally constructed between 1396 and 1398 AD.
