Hello, Join me and learn how to make a Korean traditional Kimchi.

I will teach you how to make Kimchi by hand, one of Korea’s most famous side dish, from a traditional recipe.

I'll walk you through each step of the Kimchi making process, the way it’s been made for hundreds of years.

Also, we will make Bo-ssam which is marinated boiled pork slices and Kimchi jeon(pancake).

It takes about 2 or 2.5 hours/Class

Please arrive at Meeting Point 10 minutes before the start time of the class
