Stop At: West Lake (Xi Hu), Hangzhou, Zhejiang

After your guide collects you from your hotel at around 8:30 am, you will enjoy the West Lake on a cruise in the morning. Remember to take pictures while relaxing on a peaceful cruise on West Lake's gorgeous waves. Feel free to look all around and admire some of the most beautiful panoramas of China. The beautiful sights and fun experiences available here are ones to treasure. Then visit a former private housing garden with peaceful ponds of fish and flowerbeds of peonies.

Duration: 3 hours

Stop At: Xixi Wetland Park, Hangzhou, Zhejiang

Next, head to the Xixi National Wetland Park for the annual Dragon Boat Festival. You will find lots of vendors selling the specialty of the festival: zongzi, a traditional Chinese food made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo or other leaves. You will have a breathtaking view of the beautifully decorated traditional boats. Although all the dragon boats are competing with each other, you can sense the friendliness shown for the public as a sporting event. When the sporting event is concluded, the guide will take you back to your hotel.
