In 2017 Sibiu celebrated 825 years from its “birth”. For more than 2 hours we shall discover the town of Sibiu as it was formed during the centuries. The visit includes: the former towers, walls and bastions, the Council Tower, the famous Liars’ Bridge, the House of Arts, the Luxembourg House), the Evangelical Church, the House of Journeymen, The Stairs Passage, the Altemberger House (The History Museum), the Orthodox Cathedral, the Brukenthal Museum, the Town Hall, the Romano-Catholic Church, the Haller House, the Blue House.
It will be a great occasion to discover not only Sibiu but also its surroundings from south Transylvania. It is a place where different ethnic groups have lived together during the centuries and left a great patrimony and heritage. We'll also discover our town as it is today, a cultural hub, a symbol of art, gastronomy, tolerance, diversity, democracy.
*The visit lasts about 2h 30 minutes. We can meet our guests at the Tourist Info Point in the main square. This is a walking tour in the old town.
**The price includes the tour guide services, any admission fees are optional. In case our guests require, we may have a snack/ coffee stop during our visit.
