You need to visit the Flower Dome, Cloud Forest & OCBC Skyway on the same day.
In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances that lead to the closure of OCBC Skyway on your visit date, the redemption voucher can be used to redeem for a souvenir at the main ticketing counter opposite the visitor centre.
OCBC Skyway timeslot entry system will be activated daily from estimated 6pm onwards or at an earlier timing, depending on the crowd situation. All guest, will have to approach the OCBC Skyway counter on-ground with OCBC skyway ticket, to obtain the next available time-slot. We advise all visitors to secure your time slots early, as it is issued on a first-come-first-served basis. Please be inform once all time-slots are given out, visitors might not be able to visit the Skyway and tickets sold are non-refundable.
