Join us on Strandhill Beach in October for an energizing and uplifting beach yoga session designed specifically to get you in the right frame of mind for time in the Ocean. No previous Surf or Yoga experience required.

Whether you are brand new to surfing or have tried a few times and feel like you might need a new approach, this special yoga-surf combination is perfect for you.

The beach yoga session is geared specifically to build surfing energy, focusing on finding lift and power in the face of changing circumstances. More importantly is the approach of finding fun in the waves regardless of expectations.The surf lesson is guided by experienced coaches and lifelong surfers of Strandhill Surf Experience.
