Stop At: Splendour Tailored Tours, Sydney, New South Wales Australia

Your host for the day will pick you up from your Sydney metro accommodation in a comfortable, air conditioned vehicle and take you over the Sydney Harbour Bridge, past the Hawkesbury River to the Hunter Valley.

Led by your host, visit 3-4 of the best boutique wineries in the region and sample their incredible wines. They'll be expecting you so don't be surprised if you get the special treatment!

When the season is right, sample wine straight from the barrel. Visit a cheese and chocolate shop and sample their offerings.

Choose from a number of outstanding lunch options in the area. Perhaps you'd like a simple café style lunch or something more special at one of the regions top restaurants like Bistro Molines or Leaves and Fishes. (Note lunch is not included). Your host can make some great suggestions on the day.

There will likely be time for another tasting of your choice after lunch before heading back to Sydney. For the drive home, sit back, listen to chilled music and enjoy the scenery.
