Panoramic Horseback Riding Tour

Costa Rica, the geographic connection between North and South America, offers you an unforgettable experience: a horseback riding tour in the midst of the breathtaking landscape of our private mountain area. Our private reserve is located 700 meters above sea level, near Puntarenas, and 14 kilometers from the Pan-American Highway. Accessible by a paved serpentine road, you will be able to enjoy a spectacular view over the Gulf of Nicoya from our vantage point. The horseback riding tour will be a unique and special experience. Wild animals are more comfortable when approached by horseback, so you will have fantastic opportunities to enjoy their presence during the tour. Our 30 horses roam freely around areas of our 50,000 square meter reserve. This ensures the health of the horses, and let's them live a pure vida! The breeds of our horses are Paso Fino and other gait horses. We also have breed mixtures of Quarter Horses and Arabian Horses. All of these are bred for the purpose of working with people. For your comfort and safety we offer you a variety of saddles, among which are saddles for adults and children. Our western saddles have a great advantage in that they distribute weight over an ample surface. This keeps the horses fresh, which is most important on long riding tours. In addition, their seats are large and comfortable, with broad stirrups. This helps to keep the rider fresh!
