About this activity
Meeting at Porta Messina Arch.
The course includes demonstration and preparation by the students of pizza dough classic and the one with whole wheat flour for bread.
After preparation of the dough balls, they will proceed to the preparation of pasta, sauce and baking.
The pizzas prepared during the course will be then given to the guests at lunch.
The meal also includes: mixed bruschetta, water, soft drinks and local wine.
Pizza Making Class will finish around 13:30.
