Your experience begins by meeting your host Sophia at her home before touring her farm - here you will discover how they make cheese and see the different herbs, fruits and vegetables they grow on the farm. Then, as you sit at the kitchen counter tasting the farm-fresh cheese and sipping on wine, watch Sophia add some finishing touches to the meal you will share together. Sophia serves a mostly farm-to-table Georgian menu of her own creations using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. Your menu might include dishes such as a cheese board of artisan cheeses along with homemade wine, a fresh salad with walnuts and roasted potatoes, mtsvadi (Georgian barbecue of grilled lamb or chicken) and chvishtari (corn bread with cheese). Your meal concludes with a homemade cheese based dessert.
