Itinerary

This program enables you to learn the basic brushwork and how to write Kanji, Chinese characters. Authentic calligraphy utensils such as brush, ink, and Japanese writing paper are prepared, and you can take your work home.

First, an introduction to the history of Kanji and how to write them is given. You will practice the basics of brushwork. Choose your favorite word or characters and write them on the paper while looking at the model written by the instructor. After the practice, you will make the final copy on the paperboard. Signed and sealed, your work, the only one in the world, is finished! Take your work back home as a memory of your visit to Asakusa. Packing materials are ready to use.
