Sushi is the traditional Japanese food and now well-known all over the world.

Nigiri-zushi is a kind of Sushi consisting of a slice of raw fish on the small oval-shaped ball of vinegar rice. It is eaten after being dipped in a soy sauce. It has been getting popular as ‘Fast Food’ in Edo era (17-19 century).

You can make Nigiri-zushi by yourself with the instruction of professional Sushi chef and staff in the unique restaurant. When you finish making your sushi, eat your own masterpiece! The restaurant will also provide you tempura to eat with your sushi.The restaurant is like a typical Japanese fishing village by decorating fishing vessel and tetrapod.
