Rules:

The Tiramisu World Cup is a preliminary race: in each phase the best moves on to the next phase.
There are 3 phases: the selections, the semi-finals and the final, which are accessed by competitors duly entered.
During the selections, the competitors are divided into groups of a maximum of 10 participants competing in the same category (Original Recipe or Creative Recipe): each group is assigned a dedicated jury. The winner is the competitor who scores the highest score of his group.
In case of a tie, the one who has scored the highest score in the EQUILIBRIO evaluation criterion will be judged as the best.
