About this activity
Itinerary

Every country has something truly unique to offer when it comes to ‘self expression’ via the arts - and Mongolia is no exception. Today, you have the privilege to learn a truly definitively unique method of singing that originates from the Mongols - the famed “Khoomei”.

At our resident Master Instructor’s studio you will have an intensive 1 hour introduction into the world of Khoomei. From this time forwards you will be instructed by the professional - you’ll be taught the basic breathing techniques and postures to produce different notes. This is no easy feat - however - if you are ‘lucky’ (as it’s 100% dependent on you), you may even learn how to hold a note AND that’s 100% a success!
