Private Day Trip to Dawakol Desert from Karshgar with Camel and Jeep Riding Options

Your English speaking guide and private car will pick you up at 8:00am in your hotel's lobby.Then heading directly to the Dawakol Desert which is in the far south west corner of the Talakaman Desert. It will take about two and a half hours ,on the way you will pass through some small Uygher villages, site back and enjoy the sceneries along the way.

The Taklamakan desert is the second largest shifting desert in the world, covering an impressive 337,600 Square Kilometers. Dawakol Desert on the southern edge of the great Taklamakan Desert.

Once arrive , you will have enough time to enjoy the desert sceneries ,you also have the option to ride the camel to explore the desert ,or ride the desert jeep which very fast and going up and down and round and round the dunes, it was really amazing. 

There is a famous lake just near the desert named Dakul Lake, which means ‘cure sickness’. In this area local people try to cure their illnesses by covering themselves in the hot sand.If you want, you can go and join the locals to cure your sickness.

You can also swim in the lake, this is the best way to end the exciting day.

Enjoy a delicious lunch in the local restaurant during the tour.

Then after a full day tour,your guide and driver will bring you back to your hotel in Kashgar.
