Paella and Tapas Workshop in Valencia Old Town

Paella and Tapas Workshop offer visitors the opportunity to experience traditional plates from the region. As well as appreciate the historical and cultural context that informs and shapes the food we eat in the Mediterranean province of Valencia.

Included in the workshop are tapas, paella, dessert and first two drinks. We provide everything you need such as, aprons and pencils for note-taking and we’ll email recipes at the end. You will participate in all aspects of cooking from preparation to cooking. The workshop runs for 3 hours and once the paella is finished you will eat at our family style table. Throughout the workshop, we provide small snacks.
