Visit an old Silk Factory that still retains its original distribution. Then, walk around the Velluters neighborhood (velvet weavers), an area where the silk factories were concentrated. Also visit the most representative Valencian clothing shops, and you’ll appreciate many products that still are made by hand with silk in El Carmen neighborhood

Impressive gothic building declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Once, was the main center of commercial transactions in the city, where the silk business played a decisive role.

In the evening, meet at the Paellas School and learn how to cook a Valencian paella with a paella master. Savor an aperitif while you are cooking and then have a great dinner with your paella as main dish.
