Private wine tasting with snacks in the historic centre of Valencia

You will be met by the vinologist-sommelier at a bar in the old centre of Valencia; you can easily find the place with a GPS. We start early to make sure there's not too many people in the bar, otherwise it gets too noisy to talk!

You'll find a table prepared for you, so you can all sit comfortably while tasting the wines; the first one is a sparkling wine, then a white wine, then a red wine. They are all from Valencia, and all very good wines!

The snacks will be paired with the wine: the cheese goes well with the sparkling and white wine, the meat with the red wine.

The vinologist-sommelier will teach you how to 'taste' wine, and will tell you about the wines you're tasting, what grapes they are, how that particular wine is made, etcetera. You can of course ask any questions (about wines) you like.

The duration of the wine tasting depends on how many questions you ask, and how fast you drink!
