The main Ghat of the city, Dasaswamesh Ghat is located on the banks of River Ganga. Two Hindu legends are associated with the ghat and the present Ghat is built by Peshwa Balaji Baji Rao in the year 1748.

Situated alongside River Ganga, Manikarnika Ghat is one of the sacred ghats in India. In Hinduism, death is considered to be the gateway to another life as a result of one's Karma and believed that when cremated here they attain Moksha and break the cycle of rebirth.

To honor the first President of India, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Ghat was named so in 1979. Earlier the ghat was named Ashva or Ghoda(Horse) Ghat. This is one of the ghats to be explored and will help you know more about the city and the state.

Dedicated to Lord Shiva, Nepali Temple has great importance for Hindus. This temple is also named Shri Samrajeswar Pashupatinath Mahadev Mandir, Kanthwala Mandir, and Mini Khajuraho. Taking three decades to be completed, the temple is made up of terracotta, stone, and wood.
