The reception office is located in Piazzale Roma (car terminal) and it's very easy to find. At your arrival, you will be welcomed by a qualified multilingual staff, that will introduce you to your personal valet; he will then take you to your destination by foot if your accommodation is nearby, or by water-taxi/public boat if your destination is far from Piazzale Roma.
