With this self hike & taste tour, you will get direction on how to reach on foot a splendid winery directly from your hotel. If you're staying in downtown Verona and want to hike, follow our directions.
Once you make the reservation you will receive a document with all the information on how to reach the winery from your hotel. Anyway, this location is situated less than 3 miles walking distance from the city centre.
The elevation from the city centre to the top is 250 metres (almost 800 feet). From Verona downtown it usually takes from 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Once you arrive on top of this walk you will see the entrance of the winery! Here you are welcomed and offered a glass of water, sit down for a moment and then start the explanation of the history of the winery!
You will walk through the vineyards, talk to the wine hospitality manager and then taste 4 wines with a great light lunch!
At the end of the experience you can walk back to the city center or you can also get on a public bus that stops very close to the winery entrance!
