Paddling the Upper Takhini River out of Kusawa Lake

Itinerary

We will start our Adventure with shuttling form the meeting point to the intake point of the Takhini River, about a 45min drive, then we will paddle through some crystal clear waters, have some excitement while going through some short and fun rapids, which also can be easily portaged, before we pull over for a shore lunch. After lunch we will continue floating down the Takhini River in our canoes and take in the peace and quiet of the valley. Our take out point will be at Mendenhall Landing. From there we will shuttle back to our meeting point at Muktuk Adventures.
