Local Family Visit Including Chinese Cuisine Cooking & Calligraphy Teaching

Your English-speaking tour guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel in Xian at 9:00 or 14:00 and then drive to the destination (our appointed local family). Upon your arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by the hostess, she will show you around in her house, and tell you some traditions about Chinese family if you are interested in. After a break, it’s time to learn making dumplings together with guide and hostess. If you want to try some other Chinese dishes, it’s no problem as long as you leave an requirement when book the tour. After finishing the special job, you could get a lot joy and wait for tasting the dumplings made by yourself. Over meal time, let’s learn and practice Chinese calligraphy from a calligraphy expert at the local family. You can also keep your work as a souvenir.

In the end, the driver and guide will escort you back to your hotel safely.
