Your guide will pick you up at your hotel and you will travel together in a comfortable private vehicle to see the The Terracotta Warriors and Horses. During the trip, your guide will explain the city's rich history.

The Terracotta Warriors and Horses are one of the most significant archaeological excavations of the 20th century when they were discovered by local farmers in 1974. The army was built as a form of funerary art and was buried with Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China, in the third century as a mean to protect the emperor in his afterlife.

After visiting the Terracotta Warriors you're free to explore the rest of the museum, which houses other artifacts and showcases films on the mausoleum’s history. At midday, enjoy a traditional Chinese cuisine lunch at Defachang, one of Xian’s most renowned restaurants, and choose from a selection of dumplings and other tasty and authentic regional dishes.

In the afternoon, continue sightseeing by visiting the best Old City sites in Xian. Be whisked away to the ancient city wall, one of the oldest and best preserved in all of China. You can marvel at the 9-mile (14-kilometer) long wall or rent a bicycle and bike from one watchtower to the next. First built in the 2nd century BC, this wall is the most complete city wall that has survived throughout all of China, and is one of the largest ancient military defense systems in the world.

Stop At: Big Wild Goose Pagoda (Dayanta), Enci Temple The southern part of Yata Road, Yanta District, Xi'an 710061 China

Afterward, we will continue to the city’s Muslim Quarter and then the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Built in AD 652 during the Tang Dynasty as a holy place for Buddhists, the pagoda remains an iconic symbol of old Xi’an and houses Buddhist relics and figurines brought from India. After visiting the pagoda, your guide will transport you back to your hotel, concluding the tour.
