Stop At: Twantay, Myanmar (Burma)

The tour begins about 08:30 AM.

The guide will meet you at Pansodan Pier. From there, take the public ferry boat to Dalla; a small township located on the Yangon River’s bank. You will meet the crowd at the jetty who come daily to busy Yangon to work. On arrival to Dalla, explore the visit sites by trishaw; Shwe Sar Yan Pagoda, fishing village, spring roll making process and candle making process. Moreover, visit to local workshop “Chu Chu” which is a community-based, artisan workshop that Produce recycle products made of waste plastic bags. Then, visit to a charity school.

After that take a taxi and drive to Mingalar Bio Garden in Kyaikthale Village at Twante (-30 minutes). On arrival at Kyaikthalae village, you will receive a warm welcome at the community lodge. A talk will then be provided by the community leader to explain about the village and details of the project. We will then pay a visit to village homes and discover local workshops of bamboo basket weaving and sewing. Following this, we will continue to learn how to make natural fertilizer, the cultivation of crops and poultry farming.
Lunch will be hosted by village’s ladies.

In the afternoon, you will visit to pottery making cottages, Shwe Sandaw Pagoda and Paundawgyoke Snake Pagoda with its fish pond.

Return to Yangon in the evening by Taxi (-1hr30).
